A standard letter costs 49 SEK including postage, paper and envelope. Express costs 89 SEK.

Standard letters arrive in 3–4 business days. Express letters arrive in 1 business day in Sweden.

Standard letters aren't trackable, but you'll get a confirmation when it's posted. Registered/tracked mail is coming soon.

Yes — you can add a return address that's printed on the envelope.

How do voice and video greetings work?

Record a voice or video greeting in the flow. We generate a QR code that's printed on the letter. The recipient scans it and sees or hears the greeting.

Is the greeting private?

The viewing URL uses an unguessable unique id and is not indexed by search engines. Only those with the code can access it.

How long is the recording stored?

Recordings are stored according to our privacy policy and can be deleted on request.

Can I send letters in volume?

Yes. Upload an address list (CSV) and we'll print and post each letter individually. Request a quote on the business page.
