Prices per PostNord, effective 1 January 2026. Express letters may cost more at postal agents.

Standard vs. express

Standard letters are PostNord's normal service and take 3–4 business days within Sweden. Express letters are prioritised and normally arrive within 1–2 business days. The price is about four times higher at agents, but only 89 SEK via Posta Brev — all-in.

If it absolutely has to arrive next day, choose express. For regular personal or admin letters, standard is enough.

Skip the postage math

With Posta Brev you pay a flat price per letter: 49 SEK standard, 89 SEK express. Includes postage, paper (100 gsm), envelope, print and hand-in to PostNord. No scale, no stamps, no mailbox trip.
