Sending a letter digitally is the easiest way to get a real piece of paper into someone's mailbox. Type the text in the editor, upload a PDF or pick a template. Pay with Swish, Klarna or card. We take care of printing on 100 gsm letter paper, envelope, postage and handover to PostNord — same or next business day.

Unlike a traditional letter, you skip all the physical work. No fussy printer, no envelope hiding in a drawer, no walk to a mailbox. Unlike an email, the recipient gets something to hold.

When you're travelling and need to send a notice, a contract or a letter to an authority. When you live abroad and want to send a Swedish letter to someone back home. When you don't have a printer, envelopes or stamps. Or when you simply want to avoid the queue at the post office.

Businesses use it for invoices, reminders, information mailings and customer communication — often via our API or by uploading PDF batches.

1. Open the create-letter view and write in the editor or upload a PDF. 2. Fill in the recipient's name and full address. 3. Choose standard (3–4 days) or express (1–2 days). 4. Optionally add a voice or video greeting via QR. 5. Pay with Swish, Klarna or card.

You get an email confirmation right away, and another when the letter leaves our production. Every step is logged so we can trace the letter if needed.

Sending a letter digitally cuts car trips to the post office, saves wasted prints (we print exactly once, unlike home printers where failed attempts get tossed) and avoids unused stamps. We use PostNord's regular delivery system — the same letter, without the extra friction.
