Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Posta Brev service (postabrev.se). By creating and paying for a letter, you accept the terms.
1. The service
Posta Brev provides a service to create and send physical letters online. We print, fold, stamp and hand the letter to a postal operator for delivery.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are binding once payment is completed. Prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT and postage. We accept card payments via a secure payment partner.
3. Delivery
Standard letters are normally delivered within 3–4 business days. Express letters are normally delivered within 1–2 business days in Sweden. International delivery times vary.
Posta Brev is not liable for delays caused by the postal operator or force majeure.
4. Right of withdrawal
Because letters are produced and posted immediately after payment, the standard right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply. If something is wrong with the service, contact hej@postabrev.se.
5. Content and liability
You are responsible for the content of your letter. Illegal, threatening, abusive or copyright-infringing content is not allowed. Posta Brev reserves the right to refuse to send mail that violates the law.
6. Personal data
We process personal data according to our privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on postabrev.se/en/villkor.
