Address formats vary by country. Write recipient name, street, postal code, city and country — in English or the destination's language. The country name should be on the last line, ideally in capital letters.

Delivery times depend on destination. Within the Nordics expect 3–6 business days, the rest of Europe 5–8 days, the rest of the world 7–14 days.

Double-check the postal code and city before ordering — incorrect addresses can cause returns. For destinations outside the EU, some countries have restrictions on what may be sent; we recommend letters only contain text.
